Join our "Puppy Classes Including Swimming Lessons" 4-week puppy class, designed to help you and your furry friend build a strong foundation for a happy and well-behaved life together.
Whether you have a brand-new puppy or are looking to reinforce your pup's training, this class is tailored to meet your needs.
The idea for our business model came in the Summer of 2018 when we were out walking our 9 year old chocolate lab - JJ. It was a hot day and the beaches were closed because of E Coli. All I wanted to do was to provide some relief from the heat for her!
JJ had arthritis in her hip and like most labs, running is her favorite thing but causes the most pain. I believe that non weight bearing exercise can be the best cross training and pain reliever that we can give her. It was breaking our heart to see our pup limp so we opened Dog Swim Vancouver for young and old pups whose parents want the best for their dog, like we want for JJ.
I have extensive training with dogs - including a certification in positive reinforcement dog training. I was trained by Amber Cottle who is a well known dog trainer in Delta. Come join us for a drop in swim, a swim lesson or a day at our fun daycare!

We are excited to announce that we have extended our Daycare hours to better serve our customers and are now offering Boarding! Our Boarding & Daycare Services are perfect for the next time you are going away on a trip, or want to have a late night out without worrying about your dogs wellbeing.
Dogs that stay over night at our facility receive the same great treatment that we provide during the day. We have staff on site 24/7 to ensure that your dog has a safe and relaxing stay.
The cutoff time for pickups is 11PM, we open for pickups at 6:00AM.
If you need extended boarding care for your dog (more than 7 days) please contact us directly to make arrangements.

Thank you to the attentive and caring staff person in the pool with our Yorkie (who was attending a dog b-day party there). You can tell she loves dogs and wants to be sure they feel safe in the water, if it's their first time. Great place for dogs and their humans!
We brought our Pommes in for her first swimming lesson last year & now bring her to this daycare regularly. We love the facility, the people handling the dogs and most importantly Pommes LOVES to go. She usually gets very upset when we leave her somewhere but not at this place - she happily runs in!
We were so impressed with the facilities. Emily was amazing with the dogs and ensured everyone was comfortable and the pups had a great time. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed his swim and play time. Will definitely be making this a regular occurrence!
We love taking our dog Theo to Dogswim for daycare. The staff/owner have been extremely kind and professional with us and Theo is always well taken care of! Plus, they end up using the dog park right next to their daycare and it’s a nice bonus to see all of them playing and running around outside. Best daycare in vancouver that we have found.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. All the staff is incredibly sweet and patient with my puppy. He went from being scared of getting in the water to being the biggest water obsessed freak in a couple classes. He absolutely LOVES coming here and it’s such a good distraction for him and also great exercise.
This is an awesome spot for doggy daycare! The staff are all super friendly and know their stuff. Our dog loves it - she gets super excited any time we drive down this part of Granville. Makes the guilt of having to leave the pup at home when going to work go away. Also really affordable. Could not recommend it more.
We’ve been bringing our duck toller, Molly, to Dog Swim on a weekly basis for the last 3 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. She absolutely loves going and we love to take her because we know she’s in such great hands.
I would recommend it 100%. I had to work out of my downtown office and booked Lola for 3 full days. She's a dachshund and not very thrilled around water. I took her to the beach right after en she ran into the ocean and stay there for over an hour.
