Everything you need before your first visit
Quick answers to the questions we hear most often from new dog families.
My dog isn’t fixed. Can they come swimming?
Yes, they can join our swim sessions. We only require dogs to be fixed for daycare, not for swimming. We accept unfixed dogs up to 10 months old.
I have two dogs. Can I book one 1-on-1 session for both?
1-on-1 is designed for one dog at a time so we can fully focus on their safety, confidence, and technique. You’re welcome to book separate sessions for each pup. More details: 1-on-1.
What if my dog is nervous or has never been swimming before?
That’s completely okay. Many dogs are first-time swimmers. We introduce every dog at their own pace using positive reinforcement and gentle encouragement.
What should I bring to the session?
Bring your dog’s favourite treats, favourite toys, and a positive attitude. For Recreational Swim, be ready to get wet — lots of splashes! More details: Recreational Swim.
Can I watch my dog during the 1-on-1 session?
Yes, you can stay and watch, or leave and pick up your dog after — it’s your choice. For nervous dogs, it’s usually better if parents wait outside because they focus more, build confidence faster, and feel less pressure while learning.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is parking in the back. The entrance for swim sessions is at the front of the building. Park in the back, walk to the front entrance, and once you’re outside, please call us or send us a message.
