Plan Your First Visit
Everything you need to know before your dog’s first day—from how we welcome new dogs what to bring, to the health requirements every guest happy and safe.
How It Works
Book a Meet-and-Greet
Join us for a relaxed 20-minute visit. Your dog will have a chance to explore the space while we learn about their personality, comfortable around water, and help interactions with other dogs.
Add Their Vaccination Records
The booking system will ask you to upload your dog’s vaccination records when you schedule the meet-and-greet. They stay securely on file, so you’ll only need to update them when the vaccinations are renewed.
Health requirements
- Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella up to date.
- Dogs must have passed their full puppy vaccination series.
- Spayed or neutered from 10 months of age.
- Flea and tick treatment current, and no signs of illness in the last 48 hours.
- A short meet-and-greet is required before the first daycare or boarding stay.
How dogs mix together
We don't separate dogs by size — we believe that letting all of them interact together builds confidence and creates a sense of safety.
